Thank you for taking the time to visit. I hope you enjoy looking around. You will find within these pages info on the dogs i am privileged to own and the beautiful puppies they have been blessed with. You will also find some insight in to me and the roots of my love of this noble breed.
I am not a commercial breeder, and my dogs do not live in kennels but live as my family in my home. I breed my dogs as a much loved hobby and love having them in my life
I was granted my affix in 2005 - the name was inspired by my beloved big bear Diesel.
I breed for temperament and my aim is to produce big, happy, bouncy, loving bears (Basically little versions of Diesel) which would be suited to a family home and equally to a more active working home as these pups have brains as well as beauty. I produce mainly long coats currently but do get the occassional standard coat or stock coated pup in my litters too.
I have only the well being of my dogs and their puppies in mind so only sell my pups to caring, knowledgeable homes.
All Gentlebears pups leave me with breeding and export restrictions in place on their KC registrations. These will only be lifted once the pup has been hip scored and copy of results provided. Restrictions on females will not be lifted before they are 18 months old under any circumstances. All pups leave me having had their 1st vaccination, Microchipped and come with 4 weeks insurance with petplan, comprehensive puppy packs which include their KC registration, official Kennel Club pedigree, copies of parents health certification, vaccination card etc. Also included is a puppy training DVD which contains training tips to help puppy and owner get the best possible start together.
I never sell my puppies to people looking purely for the stereotype "guard dog" so please, if this is what you want, look elsewhere.
